Getting started
Three easy steps.
Most clients are fully handed over inside two weeks. There is no system to learn and nothing to migrate - we come to your ledger.

Book a call with us
Fifteen minutes. We look at your books, your systems and where the work sits today, then tell you whether we are a match. If we are not, we will say so.

We handle the handover
A 30-minute handover call with your current bookkeeper, or just a handover letter. We deal with them directly, so you are not relaying messages between two firms.

You add us, we set up
Your accounting system, your bank feed, payroll if we run it, and the invoices inbox. That is all we need. We handle setup, learn your processes, and get your agents running.

Slack, WhatsApp or email. She reads your live ledger, so the answer is what is actually in the books rather than what was true at the last month end.
Your VAT position
Ask what is due and when it was filed. The answer comes from the books as they stand today.
Where the money went
Ask what you spent and on what. Every subscription is already categorised against the ledger.
