The agents reconcile and categorise roughly nine entries in ten, and none reach your ledger until an accountant approves them. - Are you our auditor? No. Balance is your finance function; your auditor stays independent and Balance aligns with them from week one. - Do we have to move off our current system? No. Balance works inside Xero, e-conomic or Business Central, and your ledger stays yours. - Can you move us off our current system? Yes, commonly Dinero to e-conomic, Sage to Xero or QuickBooks to Xero, usually in the first month. - How does switching work, and how long does it take? Balance collects access, reconciles the open period, agrees an opening balance with your current accountant, and most clients are migrated inside two weeks. - What does it cost? From £350 per month per entity, one fee agreed before you start, never hourly. - What if we are not happy? Full refund inside the first two months after a short offboarding call. - Can you pay our bills as well?
